BABCNC ELECTIONS

You are encouraged to participate and vote, either in person on the day of the election, OR Vote By Mail in the Neighborhood Council elections.  The BABCNC is ­­­an integral voice for our Stakeholder community, and your participation is essential to our success.

Applications for a Vote By Mail ballot must be completed by March 7, 2023. Vote-By-Mail ballots can be obtained online or by filling out a paper application.  Unlike general elections, mail in ballots will NOT be sent to you automatically.

The Bel Air-Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council is certified by the City of Los Angeles to represent the City’s hillside communities stretching from Laurel Canyon Blvd to Sepulveda Blvd and from Sunset Blvd to Mulholland Drive.
