Access to Cameras

Ability to have BAHA traffic and license plate cameras reviewed in the event you are the victim of a crime (e.g. car or home break-in).

Emergency Supplies

Access to BAHA community emergency preparedness barrels in the event of a local emergency or natural disaster. Please note that these do not take the place of the need to have basic family supplies, particularly food and water.

Social Events

BAHA is planning to conduct several members-only events such as wine & cheese tastings.

BAHA works to help our community in a myriad of ways including:

Serving as a liaison to the city for our 900+ neighborhood families
Promoting responsible building and safety throughout the neighborhood, including enforcing neighborhood CCRs (covenants, conditions and restrictions primarily related to setbacks)
Organizing community building events such as the Holiday Lights Gathering, Annual Party and periodic young kids activities/parties
Providing Security Cameras at the north and south ends of Roscomare (more cameras in other key areas may be added based on neighborhood support)
Running the beautiful holiday lights program
Neighborhood beautification including landscaping at Roscomare Circle and at the north entrance of Roscomare at Mulholland
