Trees and Power Lines

We live in an area where our power lines are above ground and therefore subject to interference from trees.  We are very fortunate to have so many trees in our community.  However, over the years we have had any number of power outages from trees falling on power lines.  If you have trees on your property that appear unsafe and in danger of falling into the street or on power lines, please consider having them taken down or cut back.  If you notice other trees in our area that appear unsafe, please call 311 and let them know or you can let BAHA know at [email protected] and we can advise 311 or DWP, as appropriate.  Thank you for your help in keeping our area safe (by not having fallen trees blocking our ingress and egress) and in keeping the power on!
