Facebook Groups 

BAHA has two Facebook groups, a public page and a private page, that we encourage neighbors to join. The public page, listed as “Bel Air Hills Association” is available to all neighbors (and others) whether a member BAHA or not. Anyone can like and follow the public page.

The private Facebook group, listed as “Bel Air Hills Association – Members Only Private Group” was created on the advice of the LAPD. All members of BAHA are welcome to join this private group. The private group, specifically for our current members, will enable us to communicate in real time about issues such crime and safety and will be monitored by representatives from our Councilman’s office and by the LAPD. While many of us currently use Nextdoor for such matters, the LAPD has warned that criminals also regularly monitor Nextdoor and that it is better to use a private Facebook group to discuss such issues.
