Thanks to Our Firefighters

Through BAHA's new website, we were able to link all contributions to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation so that they would know that a substantial amount of money was donated from our neighborhood. We wanted the fire fighters to know that this neighborhood was very appreciative of their efforts to control the Skirball Fire and limit its damage. By linking all contributions made through our new website, we were able to show that $9,112 was donated by residents of our neighborhood. [There were also additional resident contributions that were made to the Foundation that did not go through our website.
