BAHA has submitted a letter to the owner and the real estate agency marketing the Bel Air Foods Market property stating our opposition to any zoning change that would result in the development of high density residential. Potential buyers are now put on notice that the community is opposed to high density residential development.
We also recommend residents let our LA City Councilmember Paul Koretz and his Director of Planning and Land Use, Faisel Alserri ([email protected]) know you oppose any rezoning of the Bel Air Market property.
