***Sign Removal*** BAHA maintains the landscaping at the corners of Roscomare Road and Mulholland Drive, the north side of Mulholland Drive at Roscomare Road, and Roscomare Park which is at the southern entrance to Bel Air Hills (“the landscape areas”). The Board of Directors has determined that advertising, political, etc. signs on the landscape areas detracts from the appearance of the entrances to our neighborhood, and should be removed. Effective May 1, 2022, all such signs will be removed, but left in the area to be discarded after 2 weeks if not retrieved by their owners. Realtor signs will be exempted as they are usually installed for a few hours and removed at the end of the day.

***Trash Can Removal*** Just a reminder to all of our residents to please remove your trash cans from the street by the end of the day they have been emptied. Left on the street, they are unsightly and also provide another obstacle for traffic. Your help in this matter will be appreciated. Thank you.

***Street Improvements*** BAHA’s Traffic Committee has continually been working with the City to fix those areas on Roscomare Road where the pavement has been uplifted, often caused by tree roots. Recently, we were successful in having the street repaved around the 2600 block of Roscomare Road. At that time, the BAHA Traffic Committee tried to also get the City to repave the area around the 2700 block of Roscomare Road. While that did not happen, the Committee hopes that that area will be repaved soon. BAHA will more information when it becomes available.

***Happy Mother's Day*** Wishing everyone a wonderful Sunday!
