***ROSCOMARE RD - FULL ROAD CLOSURE Nov 14th & 15th 7am-4pm***

YOUR BEL AIR HILLS ASSOCIATION IS PLEASED AND PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR EFFORTS TO HAVE THE DANGEROUS STREET BUMPS AT THE SHARP CORNER AT 2619 ROSCOMARE ROAD FIXED, HAVE FINALLY COME TO FRUITION. PART 1 IS THIS WEEKEND!!!

THE FORESTRY DEPARTMENT WILL REMOVE TREES IN THE 26OO BLOCK OF ROSCOMARE ROAD. This requires a Full Road Closure to Thru Traffic - Local Traffic Only allowed on Roscomare Rd from Belcanto to Hamner Dr. November 14th & 15th  7 AM to 4 PM.  This means that you will not be able to drive on Roscomare from Belcanto to Hamner during the hours of the road closure, unless your destination is between those two streets.  There will be traffic officers enforcing the road closure.

Project Details: Tree Removal now, street resurfacing later

Phase 1 – November 14th & 15th - Tree Removal

Phase 2 – (Date TBD) Resurfacing of Roscomare from Hammer Dr. to Belcanto.
